Return Policy

1. If, at any time, your system experiences any type of manufacture defects, we are happy to replace the component at no charge to you.

2. If you use your blue system faithfully as instructed for a period of no less than 90 days, we will allow you to return the product for a refund less a $75 fee. This $75 fee is due to the fact that in order to be effective, your blue system will be worn directly against your skin, which means your returned system cannot be reused nor resold. Because your returned system cannot be reused, the resulting manufacturing and sales cost make it fundamentally impossible for us to offer a full 100% money back guarantee. Refunds must be initiated before 120 days and an email must be sent to [email protected] to begin the process. No refunds will be given after 120 days. There are no refunds on individual items such as fat burner pills, lotions, and extra gel packs.
