The Blue Fat Freeze System is awesome! It’s so convenient and I love that I can use the Blue Fat Freeze system anytime I want…even when sleeping. Every night I use all three of my blue packs around the torso when I go to bed. I encourage anyone to definitely get the Full Blue Kit for the torso/arms/legs. The arms and legs need the smaller wrap. Definitely purchase the extra blue packs when it’s offered. I’m very sorry that I didn’t. I have ordered three extra packs so I am always ready.
I worked on my midsection with all three packs, and already after about 2-3 weeks I can see my stomach going down and my love handles are smaller. I’ve been seriously using it for about 2-3 weeks. I wish I had pictures, but it truly is working and the fat is coming right off.
Oh yes, I LOVE that I can target certain areas.

I’m very glad i purchased the system with the extra 3 cold packs. They typically take around 7 hours to freeze fully as they have multiple layers to them with different densities of gel stuff. Therefore since i now have 6 i can use the system twice per day if i want and/or i don’t need to always worry about getting the ones i just used back in the freezer so quickly. I would definitely recommend the system with extra cold packs.

Don’t measure yourself daily or you’ll get discouraged. That’s what I did my first time and ended up putting my system in the closet after 3 weeks and no loss. (…fast forward) I read an article on google that says it can take up to 10 weeks for the fat to pass through your body. I ended up measuring my self about 10 weeks after last use and noticed that from that 10 week period of not using and not measuring i had lost 1”. I pulled it out of the closet and started over. This time determined to use it the full 10 weeks without measuring my progress until 1 month after the 10 weeks. Results came in today 3.5”!!! THAT’S A COMBINED TOTAL OF “FOUR AND A HALF INCHES” ON MY ALREADY SMALL BRAZILIAN GIRL STOMACH!! results are slow going and hard to see but my friends were commenting last week at the beach. So my advice is measure and wait until the end to see your results. UPDATE!!!! IT’S BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE MY REVIEW I HAVE BEEN USING IT ON MY THIGHS AND I’VE LOST 1” ON EACH ONE AND REDUCED THE VERY BEGINNING STAGES OF CELLULITE*

I think this System is more targeted for people that are closer to being skinny than being fat.
