Honestly my wife talked me into this.. I don’t do this sort of thing ever as it’s not my style.. however because she said I could use it at night while I sleep and nobody would have to know I gave it a try. It’s actually worked for my belly and sides areas, I have not taken measurements but can see a difference.

Happy I purchased the 3 extra cold packs as they don’t do a good job on the website of explaining that the cold packs take up to 8 hours to freeze.. So if I didn’t have 6 of them it would be annoying as I would have not been able to use the system as often as I want. Also now I don’t feel like i’m rushing to get the ones I just used back in the freezer.

This has worked insanely well for my wife and I. We’ve now purchased the extra cold packs so we can use the system more often as then we always have a set cold enough. With the original system we would fight over the three cold packs as they take about 8 hours to get cold enough to use. So i would recommend the more expensive blue system which includes 6 cold packs. Then you can use the system twice per day even.
